Mama Bear Naturals offers shipping to all United States and territories via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the shipping services according to the shipping method selected by the customer:

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and require 1-2 days to prepare an order for shipment. You will receive order confirmation and tracking number via email.

Residents of the contiguous 48 United States are entitled to free shipping on orders over $75.

Mama Bear Naturals accepts payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment must be submitted in full before orders are processed. Cash, check, money order, and other physical methods of payment are not accepted for web orders.

At this time, Mama Bear Naturals offers no local pickup for orders placed on this website. All orders must be shipped via the methods offered. Alternatively, for customers near the Cincinnati area, arrangements may be made to meet a Mama Bear Naturals representative at a local event.
