Return Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction from our customers. To that end, please consider our conditions for returns and refunds below. In any case, our goal is to make things right to the best of our ability. Please direct any return-related emails to contact@mamabear-naturals.com.

• We sent you the wrong item(s): email us within 7 days of receipt and we'll immediately ship you the correct item(s). Let us know your Order Number and how your shipment differed from your order. We reserve the right to require return of unwanted product, but in such case we will cover return shipping.
• You received damaged item(s): email us your Order Number along with pictures of the damage to the product and shipping box, and we'll immediately ship you a replacement. Return of damaged product is disallowed.
• You changed your mind: we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you have changed your mind before opening the product, email us your Order Number within 30 days of receipt and we'll provide return shipping instructions. You will be required to cover return shipping in this case.
